Just Let Go.
Letting go of someone really important to you isn’t exactly the easiest of things. Why do people have such a hard time letting go of things? It’s because as humans, we like to keep things that mean a lot to us close, even if it’s useless. We hold onto things as if we’re never going to have another chance at obtaining something in such superb quality. Letting go of an ex should just be like letting go of old toys. You need to let go of the old to make space for new and better things. People complain about being unhappy but in reality, they just need to let go. They need to want to be happy instead of just wishing for happiness. If we could let go of old loves like helium balloons, maybe the world would be so much brighter.
